 Identity of the contracting parties 

On the one hand, the PROVIDER, as the supplier of the contracted services, is DANIEL ESPEJO GODOY, with registered office at Calle la cueva peco 11 29770 Torrox Málaga, Torrox, CIF 53895376M and customer service telephone number 649830831. 

On the other hand, the USER, identified on the website by email, has full responsibility for the use and custody of the data, and is responsible for the veracity of the personal data provided to the PROVIDER. 

Purpose of the contract 

The purpose of this contract is to regulate the contractual relationship that arises between the PROVIDER and the USER at the time the latter accepts, by checking the corresponding box, during the online contracting process. 

This contractual document will govern the contracting of services through the website torredelmar.taxi, property of DANIEL ESPEJO GODOY (hereinafter, the Website) 

Acceptance of this document implies that the USER: 

These conditions will have an indefinite period of validity and will be applicable to all contracts made through the PROVIDER's website. 

The PROVIDER informs that the business is responsible and aware of the current legislation and reserves the right to unilaterally modify the conditions, without this affecting the goods or promotions that were acquired prior to the modification. 

1. Contracting procedure 

1.- Within the website, the user clicks on the “book” button located at the top right. 

2.- The customer selects the origin and destination, fills in their personal details and clicks on the button to pay by card using a POS payment gateway. 

***Payment can also be made at the end of the trip in cash***. 

2. Right of withdrawal 

In the event of cancellation of the service after booking it and before the provider arrives at the pick-up point, the money will be refunded.

3.1 Online dispute resolution (Online Dispute Resolution) 

In accordance with Art. 14.1 of Regulation (EU) 524/2013, the European Commission provides a free access platform for the resolution of online conflicts between the USER and the PROVIDER, without having to resort to the courts of justice, through the intervention of a third party, called the Dispute Resolution Body, which acts as an intermediary between the two. These conditions shall be governed or interpreted in accordance with Spanish law in all matters not expressly stated. The PROVIDER and the USER agree to submit to the courts and tribunals of the USER's domicile any dispute that may arise from the provision of the products or services subject to these Conditions. 

In the event that the USER resides outside of Spain, the PROVIDER and the USER expressly waive any other forum, submitting to the Courts and Tribunals closest to the town of Torrox (Spain).
